How to install in VS Code
Installation

Install in VS Code

Start on the downloads page to get the VSIX for your platform, then install it in the editor. No API keys required to try the extension.

Step 1 — Download

Get the VSIX from Downloads (Windows x64 is available today). Save the file somewhere you can find it (for example your Downloads folder).

Step 2 — Install from VSIX in VS Code

  1. Open VS Code.
  2. Open the Extensions view (sidebar icon, or press Ctrl+Shift+X on Windows/Linux, Cmd+Shift+X on macOS).
  3. At the top of the Extensions panel, click the "⋯" (three dots) menu.
  4. Choose "Install from VSIX…".
  5. In the file picker, select the `.vsix` file you downloaded from the downloads section.
  6. Reload VS Code when prompted, then open a project folder to start using Voyager Code.
